Rebecca Chamberlin Little

Ms. Little earned her J.D. Degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2006, and graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2003 with a BSBA in Accounting, cum laude.

She has experience preparing wills and trusts for married and single individuals, preparing high net worth plans, federal gift tax returns, federal and Illinois estate tax returns, as well as administering trust estates and probate estates for deceased individuals and disabled adults in Cook, DuPage, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall and Will Counties. She has also represented numerous clients throughout Cook and the collar counties as they have bought or sold their homes. Prior to practicing law, Ms. Little worked in the Tax Department of the RSM McGladrey Inc. Omaha office, where she prepared income tax returns for individuals and businesses, and provided tax research support to the non-profit organization department.

Ms. Little is a member of the DuPage County Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Nebraska. As of Fall 2018, Becky is an adjunct professor at Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, Illinois, teaching Business Law.

A native of Chicago's Northwest Suburbs, she met her husband, Tim, while working for Walt Disney World in Florida. They later moved to Nebraska to live near his family. She currently lives with Tim and their two children in Woodridge, Illinois. Becky is a vociferous advocate of reading the book before seeing the movie.
